Fabrication

Our fabrication division is equipped to handle all steel fabrication requirements. We fabricate and erect industrial steel structures, equipment and parts; Hoppers, Chutes, Tanks Pipe lines, Balustrades, Mixers, Feeders, Cladding and metal decks, Fencing and railings. We repair and refurbish material carts.

Conveyor maintenance

Maintenance on the conveying system is vital in preventing break-downs which could be costly to fix, resulting in loss of productivity. Our conveyor maintenance division has a service team specialising in maintaining conveyor system components such as Drivers, Pulleys, Idlers, Chutes, Belting, Belt cleaners and Skirt-boarding. The team is also equipped to troubleshoot and conduct emergency repairs on conveying systems.

Underground mining

Mining services rendered: Haulage and Rail maintenance, Hoxfront/Chutes Installation, Secondary Support / Long Anchors, Sweeping / Vamping, Mining Construction, Traveling way equipping, Grizzly Installation, Waiting place construction, Refuge bay construction, Pump and Sump, Winch commissioning and opening up.

Construction

We analyse, design and construct a range of plant reinforced concrete structures i.e. sumps, casting concrate slabs, concrete pillars, buildings, parking areas, driveways and walkways. We also do concrete rehabilitation, repairs and maintenance on building structures.
